La Jolla Parks & Beaches (LJP&B) board has formed an official "Working Group" to fix the iconic White Fencing of La Jolla. We hope they will include the dilapidated white fencing and stairways that wraps around the bluffs of Windansea Beach? LJP&B is also proposing to build a Gazebo (Belvedere) on the Windansea Bluff.
